You are the expert on yourself, and your life, so let’s work together to discover what resources and support are available to you that can be used to work through issues, build your self-confidence and appreciate that you always have options. This is called person centred counselling.
Collaborative Empiricism?
Another fancy phrase for this is collaborative empiricism, which is the systemic process of a counsellor and client working together to investigate the client’s thoughts and establish common goals that the client would like to work towards.
Collaborative – the counsellor and client working together as a team
Empirically - by means of observation or experience, rather than theory or pure logic.

Life Coaching
Through life coaching Claire guides clients to reach their ultimate goals.
Claire can assist guide individuals in different areas of their life. Everyone is different and so are their goals. Goals could be in the areas of career, personal development, relationships, wellbeing, divorce, grief, and even financial wellness.
Sometimes, you come to a crossroad which involves a big decision point in your life. It might come in the form of a mid or even quarter-life crisis or just good old existential questioning! It might show up in the form of big career change or commitment. It might even present itself when you’ve already decided to start over in life — but you’re not sure where to go next.
